鄭氏現於香港中文大學修讀音樂學士學位,並擁有超過兩年的教學經驗。她在小提琴方面取得了 LTCL 的優異成績。
她曾在多項比賽中屢獲佳績，包括2019年國際李斯特鋼琴及小提琴比賽46-VN小提琴高級組冠軍、2019年TPD國際聯校音樂大賽冠軍、第四屆香港演藝精英盃音樂大賽青少年鋼琴專業組三等獎 ,國際藝穗音樂節大賽巴洛克時期弦樂作品二等獎等。
她畢業於聖士提反女子中學，是學校管弦樂隊的小提琴首席和及音樂委員會主席。 在2021年，鄭氏的管弦樂作品入選由香港中文大學音樂系主辦的紫荊花音樂會，並在香港中文大學首演。現為香港中文大學崇基管弦樂團的主席。
Miss Cheng is currently studying at the Chinese University of Hong Kong for the BA in Music programme and is experienced in teaching . She has got LTCL distinction in violin, and is further studying with Ms Aimee Sung.
Cheng has enjoyed successes in many competitions before, including 2019 the International Liszt Ferenc Competition 46-VN Violin Senior Category: Champion, the Inter-School International Performance Challenge 2019 TPD with Championship, THE 4th HONG KONG MUSIC TALENT MUSIC COMPETITION Piano Youth ProfessionalCategory Third prize, INTERNATiONAL FRiNGE MUSiC FESTiVAL & COMpETiTiON 2019 Baroque Period String Work Class 2nd Prize with Second Class Honour.
She was a graduate of St. Stephen’s Girls’ college and was the Concertmaster and the Chairperson of the school’s orchestra and Music committee respectively. In the year of 2021, Cheng’s orchestral composition was selected and premiered in the Bauhinia concert, organized by the music department of CUHK. She is now the Chairperson of the Chung Chi Orchestra in The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
